When Laryssa and Stephen Jardine moved to Ossining four years ago with their two young children, they were disappointed to find they had to drive out of town to find ice cream. So, about a year ago they started making their own at the local Bethany Arts Community in Ossining. It proved so popular they recently moved their Bigfoot Creamery into the village-owned kiosk in Henry Gourdine Park.
